This happens all the time. I don't suddenly start worshipping doctors.

Dr's resuscitate their patents. Just like Lazarus was resuscitated. Its a major difference.

No, I'm talking about patients who are dead.

You are argueing that they only need to be formally adressed by Christ. I am saying they can know Him informally.

I'm saying that there is a need for God built into everyone. That does not mean that they automatically informally know Him.

Matthew 9:11-13

That makes no statement that there actually are righteous people.

As for the OT. Are you saying that those Older Covenents are now null and void?

No, I'm saying God no longer pronounces people as righteous, all require salvation through Jesus.

I, for one, will sin like the devil every day of my life. I will be a death bed convert and accept your Jesus Christ as my own personal savior and slide right into heaven with you do-gooders.

I will also accept: Buddha, Allah, Joseph Smith, Ra, Zeus, Thetans, Varuna, Elohim, Neptune, Isis, Eros, and Cher, just in case one of the other religions was right.

Its impossible to raise someone from the dead. We may think they are dead, but we are finding out more and more that dead is not quite dead. Was Jesus dead though?

That makes no statement that there actually are righteous people.

Then why would a Perfect Being say such a thing?

God knows no time. The time of Adam is the same as today to Him. God made a promise to the Jews, are you saying He revoked that promise?

We're talking heart stopped, no brain activity. Dead.

Check the context, the Pharisees were accusing Jesus of being a hypocrite for eating with sinners. Jesus replied saying that's why he came, to save the sinners for righteous people would not need Him. This is not to say that there actually are righteous people. That's why you've got to bring in more scripture. So again I ask, why are you tossing out the "none are righteous" and "all have sinned" statements in the Bible?

That's not true, 2 Peter 3:8-10 clearly establishes that God understands time (otherwise he would have created something he doesn't understand, which doesn't make sense):

But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar; the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and everything in it will be laid bare.

And if that wasn't enough, go back to Genesis, where God rests on the 7th day. If God does not know time, how can he rest...?

No. You weren't here before and you won't be anywhere after.

You had your 74.5 years. Hope you had a good time.

And for those 'soul and afterlife' people......... if the world's population keeps growing, where do all these new souls come from?

So why is it then that these people that are dead and have been brought back to life by doctors still act like the same person as before they were dead?

I think it makes most sense if 'god' is female, because only women can give life. Well, if there was a god.

Not seconds, minutes. If, supposedly, when you die (heart is stopped, no blood to the brain) you no longer exist, then how is this happening?

Again that is Mans description of what dead is. We also thought that the earth was the center of the universe, or that there was cheese on the moon.

Your getting me interested. Do you think that the Jesus was no more dead then when someone was resusciated? If so, how is it then a miracle at all?

Check the context, the Pharisees were accusing Jesus of being a hypocrite for eating with sinners. Jesus replied saying that's why he came, to save the sinners for righteous people would not need Him. This is not to say that there actually are righteous people. Sorry I do not get that context.

As for all have sinned or none are rightous. You need to explain the contradictions not me. There were rightous in the OT, Jesus spoke of Rightous not needing Him.

I mean God made a promise to the children of Abraham, there is not mention in that promise that at sometime this promise is going to be null and void. If so, please direct me to it.
