I have 2 dogs at home and this morning I found them playing with a cream colored frog with dark spots, not very big, about 2-3 inches. They must have been playing with it for approx 30 min until I noticed. The frog was alive. We rinsed his mouth, but I am worried sick about them. Unfortunately we had to leave to work and could not stay, but I am working half day in order to go check on them. Should I be this concerned?

If he was going to have any ill effects from the frog toxin, he would have experienced it right away. Foaming at the mouth / seizures...... Just keep an eye on him while he's in your yard in the future. The frogs are attracted to lights & are typically most mobile from dusk to dawn.

Sounds like a Lowland Leopard Frog. Its a protected species here in AZ but not toxic. Thats assuming its the one that your dogs are playing with. Heres info.

Oh, thank you both so much. Felt so guilty leaving them at home this morning but now I feel better.
