Alert | | Many of you may have read my past postings about the little pure bread blue point siamese I found and basically rescued in the Foothills. She is the one who has all of the medical issues and the wetting on the carpet issues. Well, we have her trained to the point that she does not wet on the carpet anymore. I kept her in my kids bathroom for a month with litter pan and food/water dish allowing her out when we are at home. We finially found a HUGE dog crate and keep her inside the home until the weather cools off. She adjusted fine. We still allow her to come out when we are home and she sleeps on the guest bed. I have her litter pan and food/water dishes in the crate. She has plenty of room. She appears to be content and we are too! So pleased I was able to work things out and still provide Chen with a loving home! <img src='http://www.85239.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/smile.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Smile' align='absmiddle'> | | Live every day as if it were your last and smile!

Alert | Thanks for the update. She's a beauty! Glad it's all working out. Sometimes it's hard to wait out the adjustment period w/ new pets & some people just are not willing to do it. Glad you were!
