Alert | Is she spayed? Up to date on vaccinations? Do you have a pic?
Have you considered keeping her separated from your child? Maybe only let her roam the house @ night when your daughter is in bed? It shouldn't be long before your daughter is old enough to know how to treat an animal w/ respect and understand the consequences for not doing so.

Alert | | Also what have you done to teach (train) your daughter in how to treat animals appropriately. Surely you teach her not to break things, right? Try keeping them separate as Kimberly suggested, with limited, supervised interaction where you are closely watching your daugher and teaching her how to treat the kitten properly. | | | |
