I am sure someone will see him and see the collar and call you. Kimberly would say, "Contact AC&C and the two local vet offices." Just let them know he is missing.

Animal Control 520-866-7600

The good news here is that he had his collar on. Please let us know when he returns home....Good luck!

Please also call both vets 568-6645 & 568-2224 and AC&C 520-866-7600 to give lost pet reports

Our amazing Kimberly is on vacation and returns later today. Above is the advice she always gives first. I know if she were here she'd be out looking while she does her pet sitting jobs. Also, she would be happy to hear your dog has a collar on with contact information.

Thanks so much TC. I notified the vets and I was just on the phone with animal control when I saw the dog in the yard. The kids were coming back from their search. We don't know where he was or who he was with(kids saw a red truck by the house and thought maybe the person left him, but he's home now.

In any case thanks alot!. I've got work to do to ensure he doesn't lose us again.lol

I don't have a dog, but many people put cement under the gate so they can't dig out. I even saw where one put a large piece of flagstone right under the gate. Is your dog neutered? If not, maybe he got out looking for a good time. I just have cats and know if you don't neuter them before six months...they would want to wonder off and explore other things.

I am glad this ended well. Thanks for reporting back.

glad you found your dog.. :-)

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.

Thanks for the kind remarks.

To put it delicately, Shadow is unable to "Father" any puppy's.

I've been considering what to do with that side of the yard. I filled it for now, but I know there is more to do. He's not really a digger. Our lot happens to be graded such that a St bernard could probably squeeze through.lol.

Our cat was on search with the kids,too. She's home smug now.<img src='http://www.85239.com/desktopmodules/ntforums/images/emoticons/tongue.gif' height='20' width='20' border='0' title='Tongue' align='absmiddle'>
