Alert | A temporary foster home is needed for 2 strays. They are pittie/shephard-type mixes, young females, and one or both are in season. They are very friendly and have hung out all day by the covered south door of our business. People come and go and they just lie there and watch.
They are probably full grown and have nice clean, white teeth. My best guess is that they are either sisters or mother and daughter. They are big dogs, with up/airplane ears.
We are thinking that they were dumped. They are very friendly but unknown with other animals. They have been given water and some snacks.
We checked with the locals and nobody has seen them before or have been feeding them. They are outside tonite. <frown>
You KNOW they are doomed if they have to go to the county shelter. We can't keep them at work. They will have to go somewhere tomorrow. | | Nancy | |
