Sorry Folk to confuse you all I had to use my friends user name and password because I forgot mine. I have since contacted pet social worker and the local Pinal co. Animal shelter lost and found for this dog. I will also be contacting the local vet offices today to see if anybody has reported the lost lab. Sorry I will not be combing the streets as I have other obligations. I am sorry I really want her to get back home but my hands are tied. So if you know of anybody who has lost their female lab please contact me asap. Thanks again. Tammy Coleman 520-568-6994 or cell 505-410-4528. She will be in the shelter by Friday Evening.

Are you willing to take it somewhere to find out if it's micro-chipped? Please don't let this poor animal go to animal control. My husband will think I'm crazy, but I'd take her to avoid seeing her go to animal control. Please keep us posted with your progress on finding the owner.

I will talk to the vet today and ask if they have a posting for her and I will also take her in to see if she is chipped. In the meantime I have an email out to Lab rescue as I too do not want to see her go to animal control. I will defintly keep you all posted and if I get no response from the owner or microchip I will post Friday eve and let you know if she is going to a shelter or not. She is very sweet but I already have 2 dogs and another one is just not possible. thank you for your intrest and response.

A yellow lab is the greatest breed out there as far as I am concerned.  I am not familiar with your area, but for no one to come forward to claim this great dog is so strange to me.

Could she have gotten away from a traveler through Maricopa?  Years ago we aquired a wonderful dog that witnesses said got out of a motorhome that stopped roadside, and didn't see the dog leave the motorhome.  The RV had Texas plates.   They could have been into New Mexico before they noticed their dog was not in the Motorhome.  We named her Precious and that she was!  We lost her about 9 years later to Valley Fever.

I love dogs and I hope that this Lab gets a wonderful home, that's all!

That's such wonderful news. We acquired our yellow lab about three years ago after he followed me home while I was out walking. We posted fliers all over the neighborhood and even had a picture on this site for a month, but no takers. They are fabulous dogs and I'm sure her owners appreciate your effort in tracking them down.

Delila has been loose more than once in Sagecrest. I had the pleasure of keeping her in my backyard a few months ago until JJ from ACC could come get her. Glad she's microchipped now, she wasn't when I found her. It sounds to me like the owners need to find a solution to keeping her in their yard. This is at least the 4th or 5th time she's been out running around the neighborhood.
