I am starting a new job working from home and need a couple of hours where I am uninterrupted.  We would like a high school/college student or grandma type - with their own transportation - to watch our two boys in our house, while I work from my home office. 

I have two boys, the youngest is 11 months and my oldest is almost 7 years.  I will need someone 2-3 days per week, 2-3 hours per day - the hours you work are flexible.  We would like someone who has some experience as well.
