Alert | ROFL, we have been to like 8 movies in the past 2 weeks. i am addicted to the new ranch flavoring they have at harkins to sprinkle on your popcorn. unfortunately, at this point we have seen everything we want to see. i'm hoping something new is coming out tomorrow! i'm heading out to the supermarket for steaks shortly (MAJOR red meat cravings this past month) and will surely pick up some pineapple juice while i'm there.
i'm trying to walk and stay active as much as possible, on the assumption that even if it doesn't help it can't hurt, but my feet and ankles are so darned swollen at this point the only comfortable positions are laying with them elevated or soaking iun a cool tub. a couple times they have gotten so bad, i would swear the skin was about to split open. my OB isn't at all worried about the swelling at all because by BP is usually 104/70 and even with all this fluid retention the highest it's gotten is 110/74. | | | |

Alert | | oh, and i have completely given up on all natural induction methods. i cannot possibly drink any more pineapple juice or red raspberry leaf tea without floating off, and although the wasabi covered macadamia nuts were fantastic, it has gotten to the point where EVERYTHING seems to taste like wasabi now!!! i may, however, go for another massage tomorrow, can't have too many of those! | | | |
