Alert | I'm starting to think that maybe my little one has this issue. I am going to experiment by cutting dairy for a week or so, does anyone have experience with this?
I need to find out if I'm supposed to just cut the main dairy products, or everything that has dairy in it. Like I know I can't have a glass of milk, but can I eat a pancake made with milk?
Thanks in advance. | | | |

Alert | | I've found that if my little one has a lot of dairy (milk with meals, chesse at snacks and ice cream for dessert) then we have problems. But if it's just milk with meals, OR cheese at snacks OR ice cream for dessert, she's okay. | | If you can't spot the loser, it might be you

Alert | | Oh yes! I am lactose intolerant and so is my daughter. We can't do milk or ice cream, however, we can tolerate products with milk in it. It is only when it is concentrated in a liquid form. We can do cheese too. It is very strange. When my daughter was a new born she had to be on the high dollar formula nutramigen. I had to read every label on every jar of baby food for milk she was that bad. Now that she is older it is just the milk and ice cream. | | Live every day as if it were your last and smile! | |
