Alert | Hi- let me first say that I don't nanny- so there is no adverstisement here.
The way I understood it, when she started it was that it was 1 nanny shared by a few families. This way she controlled how many kids there were (rather than possibly a higher # in a daycare), it was in her own home, and then they all split the cost of the one nanny's salary. It changed some along the way and she had a few different nannies/teachers come in to offer some extra education (preschool, dance, spanish, music) for the kids. I helped with teaching the preschool and Spanish programs. Hope that helps. It really was a great program! If have any other questions feel free to ask and I'll see if I can answer them. | | | |

Alert | The only reason I was asking for her information was I used to work at her in-home childcare and I lost her telephone number and wanted to use her as a reference for an up coming interview that I had!
But thank you for trying!
And as prnces stated above it was a well run nanny share where 4-5 families shared the same nanny. It was very helpful in cutting down nanny costs and the children always had friends to play with! | | | |
