 Alert | Let's face it, there isn't much for kids to do here in town and when kids have alot of 'spare' time on their hands, unfortunately it can leave them to make bad decisions and get into trouble. So, our church (ACTS Christian Center) has started a girls youth group that will be meeting bi-weekly (Leap to Womanhood). It will be a GREAT OPPORTUNITY to get these girls involved in something that can make a positive impact in their lives, especially at the critical pre-teen/teen age. So if you are interested in getting more information on this youth group, please feel free to reply to this post or email us at: PastorSharon@actschristiancenter.com
Not only will the girls be learning about real life issues that they face today and how to deal with them, but they will be learning real life skills, such as cooking and personal hygene. We have a parent information letter that we can send out if you are more interested. Please everyone it is time to take our youth back!! It is never to late!! The Group will start meeting on September 12th.
