Hello, my name is Becky and I work for Pinal-Gila Council for Senior Citizens. I am wanting to get a Grandparent Support Group started in Maricopa. Please contact PGCSC @ 836-2758 and ask for me. If you are a grandparent and are interested. Thank you.

i am curious as to what a grandparent support group is all about? my mom is 68 and about to become a grandmother for the first time. it's been 42 years since she had me and 35 since she had my sister, i'm thinking it might be something she is interested in when she comes out here for the winter. please let me know more about them. thanks.

I had tried to do a support group 2 times and had worked with Moises Garcia in Casa Grande. I had potlucks and everything. There are alot of grandparents who are raising there grandchildren that are afraid or dont have the transportation or other things not to come. If you want to reach me, you can email me. You might of heard of me thru Moises - Kathy Dann
