I am going to need a temporary nanny for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 2 weeks in November or December 2008.  My son, who is the one who will be cared for, will be 10-11 months at the time.  The Nanny would stay at our house for the duration and would also be responsible for caring of 2 dogs.

It is absolutely killing me, the thought of leaving my little man for 2 weeks, but the trip is mandatory.  I have a few options for the childcare situation, but not any that I love at this point.  Obviously, if I hired someone that I don't already know, we would do extensive back-ground checks, etc...

So...does anyone have any suggestions?
