Lived in my home for 1.5 years. Had MBB for the first 2 weeks. That was enough for me.

I'm out in Tortosa with MBB and have been happy with it up to now. It's been running slower and slower recently.

I finally got around to using Speakeasy this morning...my connections have been really slow, especially when manoevering around this forum. I have a 1876 download but only a 488 upload. Sometimes I just give up when trying to read the forum, a topic can take minutes to load up. I don't really know what these numbers mean. I am connected to the wall with a cable. Nothing fancy, and have the slower package.

Should I give them a call, or is this normal?

Until a few minutes ago, forum thread retrieval had been very slow on Orbitel also. It appeared the 85239 server was the choke point because all my other web sites were responding properly. Now, everything is back to normal.

85239 was the choke point. I had the same trouble on Qwest and at work (AT&T Internet connection.).

I still range from 1.5 down to 6 megs down. it's getting better but i really think the peak times are killing the speed as was said before. I'm going to call Tony at MBB tonight to see what else can be done.
