This doesn't answer you but I have been told to stay away from Outlook and Outlook Express because they expose you to too much spam and viruses

just check into it

spam isnt generated by the email client you use....youre likely to get spam no matter the client. Some do a better job of filtering spam than others, but none are perfect. I wont debate security features, and exposure to viruses etc, but its far more often the user who exposes themselves, rather than a vulnerability in the software.

as far as addressing the actual question, orbitel has a decent website with instructions...

go here:
http://myaccount.orbitelcom.com/

click on "Email Center" and pick your client of choice...should be able to work it out from there.

Outlook and Outlook Express used to be pretty bad for security holes, but they've done a pretty good job of plugging them. It used to be that you could get infected just by opening an email, but if you're patched that's not really the case now.

I've used Outlook Express with Orbitel for 30 months and for some reason, I do not get spam emails. I average less than one spam email per week and it is WONDERFUL. My previous ISP was att.net and I averaged about 35 spam emails daily.

For $5.00 per month I could have kept att.net as my ISP and used Orbitel as the broadband provider. I am so glad I didn't! Changing my email address has reduced my spam by at least 30,000 in the last 30 months.
