Took computer to computer repair shop here in town to specifically get rid of Smitfraud. Never really got rid of it.

Run Spybot 1-3 times a week, and check for updates weekly. Still shows up in results.
After selecting Fix , then window asks to allow or deny registry change.
Not sure what will change so always deny.

Should I allow change?
Is there a better program to screen and remove syware/adware?
Any idea where Smitfraud may have come from?

Wanted to copy and paste to show results and window asking to allow/deny change...but don't know how to do it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try it this way. Start your computer in Safe Mode and then run Spybot. When it asks you to fix the problem, allow it to do so. If you still receive a prompt about the registry change, then allow it. That's the only way you're going to get rid of it. Without starting in Safe Mode, spyware has a chance to preserve itself, even though you think you're deleting it. Within Safe Mode (most) spyware no longer has that ability.

I recommend starting in SafeMode and running
ComboFix:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

and then
SmitFraudFix:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/smitfraudfix.php

These tools specifically target certain nasty spyware infections. The two of them should clean up your issue.
