Alert | Norton was causing me problems so I uninstalled it and installed Windows Live OneCare. Now, sometimes when I hit the print key, I get this:
"Windows no disk; Exception Processing Mesage c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c"
If I just ignore the message, the printer will go ahead and print. The pop-up message gives me 3 options; "cancel" "try again" and "continue". To get rid of the pop-up message window, I have to hit the "continue" option at least 4 times. The other two options have no effect.
"C" is the USB memory card reader. I've printed several times with it unplugged and didn't this message, but since it doesn't occur 100% of the time anyway, I'm not sure this drive is the problem. | | | |
