My dog ate a black gel pen on my beige ultrasuede chair. The cushion is not removable.. Any ideas on how to get it out?

go to Ace hardware and buy a can of window cleaner in the aerosole(sp) can. If that doesn't work try Holy Cow in the green bottle.

...and I though stuff like that only happened at our house.

Good luck!

I've had reasonable luck using the following:
rubbing alcohol
Peroxide
Oxy-clean
Liquid dishwasher detergent. (This works real well! Rub it on and let it sit. Rinse thoroughly)

Since you can't remove the cover - use a Q-tip to rub in the cleaner. TEST it first in a hidden area. It may take several attempts and a combination of products. Good Luck. My daughters dog likes eating pens too

after testing with a q-tip to make sure it won't damage the color of your fabric, use a toothbrush to rub with whatever chemical combo you choose. Some of the chemicals work best if used as a pre-treatment that you let soak for awhile before scrubbing.

Hairspray takes ink out of fabric--spray it and blot with a clean cloth

The hairspray works. Had the same thing happen but all over our carpet and the hairspray got it out.

Hair spray or goof off, a paint remover stuff. Hope it doesn't remove the color, too.
