How is the coverage out here in Maricopa? I'm with Verizon, but may be going to AT&T.

We have our work cells through Cingular... No problems .. even past the M mountain.

ATT... drops around the M Mountian.

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.

Hmmm I periodically drop calls near M mountain too with VZ, but not all the time... I think maybe when it's cloudy out!

I have Cingular and Verizon, one work, one personal.

With both I have decent coverage, I just drop calls at M Mountain.

My Cingular will not work when I am in the back section of RED or near M mountain sometimes.

Yes to the phone service question in NE RED
Read my posts as well as those of others in the old forum on the iPhone subject.
It looks like new iMac's will be released late this month or early next. As a public service to the group, I will post the links.
Thanks for the reminder.

I have AT&T/Cingular/whatever-the-name-of-the-week-is and I have great coverage all over Maricopa (well everywhere I've tried to use my phone at least) including around M Mountain - no problems there either. I usually have coverage all the way from Maricopa to I-10 and beyond.

We have Cingular/ATT and it doesn't work where we live, that is close to Santa Rosa. We sometimes drop at the M mountain. Otherwise no complaints. If you are switching because of the iPhone. I have a 4GB factory sealed one that I am going to be returning to Chandler Apple store. DH wanted the 8gb instead. PM me if you are interested.

We formerly had Cingular/AT&T and our phones would barely work here in Maricopa. We now have T-Mobile and the difference is truly amazing!

In the most recent Consumer's Reports Phoenix area survey, Verizon, Alltel and T-Mobile were at the top, Cingular was at the bottom.
