Depending on your definition of 'buff' I might be able to help. What's your need?

Many have looked here, I guess I posted odd. There are many AV Forums out there discussing higher end dear and I was looking to see if any in Maricopa were into this.

I am currently running a Harman Kardon Receiver with Klipsch speakers. This sounds perfect. My house is pre wired for surround sound which is sweet. I just wish I could have given them better quality speaker wire before it was installed but I bought my home as a spec.

AZnitro, which Klipsh? I run an Onkyo TX-NR905 with Klipsh RF-5's and you have to have a PS3 (this will confues some) for Blu-Ray. I am considering selling my Klipsh and heading towards Axiom Audio. Anyone here have Axiom speakers or PSB?

We have Martin Logans front, rear and center powered by a B&K receiver.  Without looking at the backs, I think they are Odysseys up front, Aeons in the rear and Cinema center.  We also use a PS3 for Blu-Ray with optical out.

I am running the RSX-5's and they are mounted on my ceiling upside down with the RC-62 center channel and a KSW-12 sub. I bought these a while ago before I bought my house and was living in apartments. I will upgrade to floor speakers real soon now that I have the space

I have a pair of Swan Diva 6.1's and a matching C2 center speaker.. no rears yet..

I use an Adcom pre-amp, and separate Adcom power amp.. I really need to upgrade the pre-amp to support the latest in the HT stuff..

I do have a Denon AVR-3806 I would be willing to part with if someone is looking..

Hey rtrbflyn, thats the same thing we did.  We had Polk all around and upgraded to Logans when we moved to Maricopa.

Audio buff?  I'm running analog.  Music Hall Turntable, PS Audio Pre Amp,  Denon receiver (for surround), Infinity and Canton for speakers.  I use an Escient for Music serving and Movies.  I can't complain.

LONG LIVE VINYL ! ! ! !

holy crap!  I'm a peon...

I simply have an Onkyo "in the box" setup 1000W  6.1 surround with a Mitsubishi 65" rear-projection but it sounds good and looks good...not to mention the media center PC.

When I go to 1080p on the TV and BluRay, I'll upgrade the audio setup...guess that means my bedroom will have 6.1 surround soon.

The question is...are YOU ready for some football?

I have 2 receivers that I don't use much anymore.  I have an Onkyo Integra DTR-7 and a  HK AVR-510.

I didn't see anyone post with a turntable. I'll throw it out there anyway. I am set up to archive vinyl. I use a process to record, "remaster", remove the hiss, remove pops and cracks, cut tracks, edit, and tag for for MP3. I know someone has some old vinyl out there they want archived. You can be assured it will sound better than the download.
