Does anyone have an idea of the cost to have a home inspection done. We are coming up to our one year and we are considering have our own inspection done prior to the builders inspection.

We paid $320 for our inspection a couple of years ago. It's well worth it as Ryland failed to insulate 1/2 of our attic and our temp splits were off. Give Shannon Amos a call for an inspection - www.azinspectionservices.com
