I seriously doubt they waited til after you paid, and if that was the case you should have gotten your money back. I agree maybe they can put a sign up at the drive thru, but I think your being way to dramatic about the whole thing. It's a new place, and like all new places, things are bound to go wrong. No one is perfect. | |

Alert | I had a horrible drive thru experience a few weeks ago! It took her 15min just to get the order right and she kept telling me to wait and I had to repeat the order like 4 times. I literally had to YELL the order! Then when I finally get my order it was wrong by adding an extra milk and at that point the rest was right so I just said forget it!
There was no one there it was like 5AM so it wasn't like they were busy! It was our second vist but the first went fine when we went inside. | | | |

Alert | I had a "kink" work out in my favor, which was a nice change for once! I think it was the same week McD's opened. After I'd placed my order and pulled forward to the first window to pay with my debit card, the girl informed me their system was down and unless I had cash she'd have to give me the order for free. I was, of course, very happy to accept. | |

They took forever, got the order wrong, and my ice cream sundae was runney... it was obvious it had been sitting around awhile. Got a parfait [sp?] the next time we were there. It was runney. The soda machine wasnt working right either time, and they messed up hubbys ice coffee as well. Hopefully they get things worked out. I like others said wont be going there for awhile again. Then if they dont shape up I wont go there. | | | |

Then don't go there! Good God. It is McDonald's..do you really think they will miss your presence? It is a chain fast food "restaurant" (if you can call it that) with low prices, famously unhealthy/questionable food, and now a 24 hour drive thru. Let's be honest: the best time to go there is when you are drunk or have kids (or perhaps both at the same time). It is not Fleming's. It is not even Chili's. You are probably spending about $4 per person on average, and this location is brand new...As far as I'm concerned, as long as they are open when they say they will be and are friendly, I got what I expected.

Alert | I like McDonalds. Its cheap food and a cheap price and they are CONSISTENT. The Big Mac you get here tastes just like the one you get in London or Berlin. The one here in Maricopa is no better or worse than any other. Its a McDonalds. | |

Alert | I had a bad experience as well.
I ordered the prime rib, only to be informed that for some reason, they did not have any. I was forced to order a BURGER! Then, I opened my baked potato and found that it was some sort of potato that was cut into strips!
I asked for my glass of merlot and was told that the ‘bar’ was behind me. I found that the H-C merlot is really bad.
THEN I sat down and there were children running around everywhere, including on some structure that I think was where the prime rib was supposed to be roasted.
OMG! I will NEVER go back there for a classy meal.
What a disappointment!
****It’ s a McDonald’s people. Get over it. It might be better than the one in Yuma, but not as good as the one in Barstow. Either way… IT’S A McDONALDS!!!!!
BTW, when my friend was fighting in Afghanistan, he would have spent his right hand for the people chow at any fast food stand.
