Alert | Ok, haven't tried it - yet... but I have a question on the pulled pork.
Has anyone from "The South" tried it yet? Is it REAL pulled pork? You know, vinegary tasting and not really in a BBQ sauce?

Alert | | The daughter told me they're from Kansas City, the meat was dry (no sauce) with the sauce served on the side. Nice tangy flavor, I can't eat spicey foods. The special oven they cook it in is right there on the truck, you can see it.

Boy that can be a can o worms!! Sounds like you are refering to the Carina school of BBQ. I like it though some have a problem with the vinegar. I usually make mine with a rub and supply the carolina sauce on the side for those who want it and regular sauce for the others. Either is good for me. That's why I say "Pork, the one you love"!
