Ooohhh! I think I found a place to grab some food tomorrow! This thread has made me hungry! So, is the BBQ sauce a sweet sauce or spicey? Yum! I love good bbq!!!

The BBQ is awesome. It is sweet and finger lickin. Can't wait till they add some more to the menu. BBQ needs good cornbread also.

Ok, haven't tried it - yet... but I have a question on the pulled pork.

Has anyone from "The South" tried it yet? Is it REAL pulled pork? You know, vinegary tasting and not really in a BBQ sauce?

The daughter told me they're from Kansas City, the meat was dry (no sauce) with the sauce served on the side. Nice tangy flavor, I can't eat spicey foods. The special oven they cook it in is right there on the truck, you can see it.

Boy that can be a can o worms!! Sounds like you are refering to the Carina school of BBQ. I like it though some have a problem with the vinegar. I usually make mine with a rub and supply the carolina sauce on the side for those who want it and regular sauce for the others. Either is good for me. That's why I say "Pork, the one you love"!

EXACTLY!!!!
Fayetteville North Carolina to be exact. My kids when they were there got hooked on it. Now they are back in AZ and 'nothing compares' according to them.

Me??? I went from NY to Florida - I LIKE BBQ! Doesn't matter what style

Romy... I'm coming for some pulled-pork and baked beans this weekend.. I was left salivating last week.. Your recipe is the best!

Are you sure you don't rub a little crack on that meat? Man, I am HOOKED!
