I haven't been by there lately, is something else going in or are the landlords deciding to keep it vacant? What a shame, losing a great place like that.

Looks just like it did when they shut them down. They really need to at least move the stuff on the patio in so that it doesn't get ruined. But then again apparently they don't care.

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.

I was having lunch at the new Teakwood on Ray and mentioned Maricopa to the mgr. and he never brought up about opening in the Copa. Maybe he was not allowed to mention anything.
