Alert | I was there last week and ordered their '5 for $5.95' special.
Having gone through the drive-thru before I knew to check my order before I left. 4 items in the bag, no ham melt.
I told the manager working the window that the sandwich was kissing. He looked at me like I was a liar and asked me to hand him the bag, so he could check for himself.
THAT'S RIGHT, no sandwich. He walked over to their staging area and there it was. I asked him if his little screens, where the orders pop up, were working correctly. He assured me they were and that he was just in a hurry to give good service.
I let him know that I'd rather have him take another 30 seconds and make sure the order is right, the 1st time.
He thanked me for my input and slammed the window shut.

Alert | | We went there last night and everything was correct in the bag. However we get home and the grilled chicken sandwich had no flavor whatsoever and it tasted like rubber chicken that was sitting under heating lamps all day. I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. At least I had curly fries and drink. | |

Alert | getting great meal service at a drive through window around here is like Rolling dice in Vegas with your house note on the line.
Wife tells me to always go in and double check before you leave the counter!

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.
