I noticed you vented on 85239, however, did you bring your issue up to a Fry's mgr.? I had a major issue with a young girl at the check out and called when I got home and after I had calmed down and collected my thoughts. Come to find out that the same girl I complained on had been reported by two other customers and guess what? She is no longer collecting her pay check from Fry's! I also made a few other constructive critic suggestions and they too were implemented the next time I went shopping. Try it, they will listen.  | |

Alert | I NEVER had this kind of service at Safeway. One box person remembered I had a bad back and would NEVER let me take my groceries to the car. We need a Safeway.
Here, I come home with broken eggs. My husband's friend said: I always check mine before I leave. DUH, I checked them before I got to the checkout counter, but the box person put them under the soda! | |

The point is just because one day you get bad service from one person does not mean that that person or that establishment's service is poor. Everyone has a bad day but nobody would recognize that so I entered a scenario here. People make it sound like the sky is falling if they get improper service 1 time on this board. Alert | | What is the matter with everyone? I have never had one bad experience at Fry's or at Basha's. Of course there's gonna be one "bad apple", there always is. Has anyone ever complained to the management or are you just venting on 85239.com? Just move on or forget it and hopefully everyone will have a better experience next time. Life is too short to dwell on things like baggers not doing their job. You have to at least inform management so they can hopefully correct the problem. (I have to admit I haven't read everyones response so don't throw it back on me if someone has told management at these stores.) | | | |

These people 'choose' to be in the service industry. When I go to Fry's I expect a certain level of service (not much either). If they are incapable of doing that, because of some tragedy or having a bad day, then they should not work that day. I really don't care who died or has cancer or is sick or got fired or anything else in their life. What I do care about is going in and buying my groceries. Help me out, ring me up and send me on my with a hearty thanks for your business and a smile.
