 Alert | Last night I went in the drive-thru and started my order. I asked for a second order and the woman told me that they don't do more than one order per car in the drive-thru. Now, everywhere I go they do this for us and this place says it's their policy. I said it was BS and I wanted to speak to the manager. She said she WAS the manager and that she was sorry but it was their rule. So, I said she can cancel my order and I was going to Carl's Jr. She just said "ok". Rather than keep my business and take two separate orders (like they had anything better to do anyway), she let me leave and go across the street. Oh, and guess what! Carl's Jr. did two separate orders with absolutely no hesitation and good customer service.
We used to have a radio show in Cleveland where you would call in if you wanted to "blow something up". I definitely would "blow up" Jack in the Box of Maricopa. They have lost my business forever. Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.
