Well I agree with all who think BR is a big crap shoot! I used to work there and after a few months everyone quit except me even our manager. Paul the owner put me in charge I worked almost 5 doubles a week and I was told that I would now be Assistant Manager yet I was still making $6 a hour. .I did everything..I opened, closed, made schedules for new employess, inventory you name it. The place is a hole. I am suprised its still in Maricopa.

Paul is not very bright otherwise he would check this more often and see what kind of crappy establishment he owns..

The woman with the change..She is the so called manager that started working there while I was the only one left. Part time I might add. The only thing she did was make some pies which I could have done with my eyes closed and then she would try to tell me how I was doing my job wrong. Im sorry, I understand that she became my boss and she can tell me what to do, but that doesn't give you the right to be rude and disrespectful. She needed me more than I needed her.

Eventually I got so exhausted that in the middle of a 13 hour shift I called the onwer and told him to find someone new and I locked the store and left.

How do people expect to have loyal employees if they treat them like crap!!

I went into BR on the 16th of September to purchase an ice cream cake for my son's b-day. The "limited" selection ranged in price from $14.99 up to $35.99. When I finally settled on a $14.99 cake that would have fed maybe 6 people, the kid working there took it out of the freezer, and said: "this is priced wrong it is $21.99"

I told him I would go elsewhere if he was going to charge me 33% more than it was marked as, and he told me to have a nice day!!!!

And I did just that! I left; went to Fry's and purchased a Carvel cake that was twice the size for the same price. I will not be going back and will be calling the 800 number.

Water & Ice is great to it's patrons. BR needs to go away!!!!

" the company name was spelt wrong.... lol.. i guess you dont have to be able to spell to scoop it up there as an employee...

Icky icky icky.

I'd rather drag my tongue across 347 than buy from DQ again. It's just vile. It's in the same league as Great Wall.

What in the heck is going on with the attitude of these people who are representing businesses? I wish the owners would send friends in as customers and actually see how paying customers are treated. KFC is another establishment where even the night manager is a poor example of representation. My last time in KFC (Maricopa.)

Fry's look out..I will be coming to purchase your fried chicken for now on.

Maricopa Busines People, maybe ethnic classes should be mandatory  before hiring personnel. They are giving your business a bad name...

I went to baskins website and emailed a complaint.  About 2 weeks later they mailed me 4 $2.00 gift certificates.  Vowing I would never go back in, I gave the gift certificates to a co-worker for their kids.

I'd complain again if I were you.

Went there tonight and the girl behind the counter was great. Its not easy finding teens with such a good attitude. Perhaps if everyone went in with a Ramons or Ozzy  t-shirt and a couple tattoos or a skateboard they would get better service from the kids. I always get good service there. What's that tell ya.

Has anyone talked to the owner of Baskin Robbins and let him know what's going on? I'm sure that if they knew, they'd fire a couple of employees.

PFlast, don't go to DQ either.  The last few times I've gone up there with the hubby through the drive through the "pine sol" smell is enough to knock me out.  Then the whole way home that's all I can smell since the odor must  now be embeded into the cups I think.  I refuse to get anything there. Oh and this last time I went there was a bottle of cleaning prodcut sitting next to the waffle bowls near the drive through window.
