 Alert | | Has anyone else had issues with poor customer service at Baskin Robbins? I went in one night to try the Peanut butter cup sundae (awesome by the way) and the kid behind the counter completely ignored us. Went on doing dishes like he didn't see us come in. This was at least an hour before closing so its not like last minute. When my roomate finnaly said something he acted like he was affended that we had bothered him. The next time I ordered the same thing, and was told I already put the Peanut butter away. Again way before closing. This last time, they had no peanut butter, so I ordered something else only to find out that: they did not have any heath bar ice cream out. not they didn't have any! they didn't have it out! they also had m&m's, and not the advertised kissables, but its okay because they are the "same thing" no they are not! So out of 4 specialty sundaes that they advertised, they could make one! And it had been teenagers with attitudes working every time! No manager on duty just two kids with no work ethic. I am taking my business to DQ! | | | |

Alert | | we also have had issues with Baskin Robbins as every time we go they are out of something.. last time they were out of hot fudge. We also give up and will go else where. How can they possibly be out of something every time. And even if they were out of hot fudge, Basha's is in the same shopping center and Fry's is across the street. They both carry hot fudge and Kissables and Heath bars for that matter. Gave all my coupons away and will not go back again. | |

The kid behind the counter must have been stoned out of his mind, his eyes where so red. He was spaced out so I had to tell him 2 or 3 times what I wanted. He would forget from the time it took him to get from the register to the counter.
Also there where at least 10 other teenagers in the store not having any ice cream just hanging around, extremely obnoxious. I won't be back.
DQ is not any better with service that's why I went to Baskin Robins. And DQ is disgustingly dirty.
I see more business going out of business in Maricopa just because of the kind of service, most of the fast food are just as bad. | | | |

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.

Alert | | Yes, we experienced the same kind of crappy service at Baskin Robbins and won't be back. DQ sucks too. I can't believe the owners of these businesses are so clueless. They must not care about the $$$ they are losing. Building your own ice cream sundae is a much better alternative. | |

Alert | DQ is gross and has been since I have been in the Copa 9 years. BR is slow and it’s really not that great compared to the amount of money you need to shell out. Sonic never seems to get our order right if it is just a vanilla ice cream cone.
We always end up back at water and ice. The store is always clean the employees are always nice the prices are good and they have never gotten our order wrong. If you know what is in your favorite sunday I bet they would be willing to make it fo you at water and ice.

Alert | Last time I went to BR I was standing in line waiting to order. A kid who had his back to me was making a shake and stirred it with a spoon then looked around like he couldn't figure out what to do with the spoon, so he just stuck it in his mouth.

Alert | | Ok I went to BR last week and they were out of change so one of the kids made a call (to what I assume is the owner)as I was eating my ice cream in my car I see said teenager come out and hand a woman SOMETHING (again I assume it was money to get change )cus about 5 or so minutes passed and she drove up while on her phone and the same teenager who callled and brought out the "package" came out (while hanging up his cell-as well as her) and handed him back a package (again I assume it was said change) SO If the owner doesnt care enought to get out of her car to check on things I think it is safe to say that the employees dont care either. PLUS I have on a couple of occasions seen teens hanging out smokin the gonja...I just didnt realize it was the emloyees... | | | |
