Just got word of Ramsey's closed due to the lease being "revoked". (Sign on the door)

I give him a call to get details.

It’s not a glass half full (optimism) or a glass half empty (pessimism)—it’s half of a glass of water (reality). Expend your energy and mental capacity on something worthwhile!

So, Ramsey says that 'he didn't see it coming'. It seems 'odd' that they would change his locks after only being late with rent 2 weeks.

There's a story there..........

In a lease agreement you must be given a 30 day notice!! Plus if he was keeping a close watch on his books he definitely saw this coming BS!!!!!!

Live every day as if it were your last and smile!

You are probably right about it being a private issue, and there are families involved, including mine!
I got a little heated seeing all the remarks on this forum and on the front page and regret posting on here. But please, respect that you don't have all the facts and don't tell me how to handle my business.
With that said I will remove the original post and move on with my private issue and the families involved.
