 Alert | | Realizing that this is a somewhat consistent issue at a lot of fast food places, it seems to be an even bigger problem in Maricopa. I haven't had any issues with Panda Express, but with every other place the wait times are so incredibly long, the service is generally subpar at best, and the food quality is usually mediocre if they do get the order right. I wonder if it's just because of a limited employee pool in the area? Maybe that includes the management? That seems to be the real issue to me, anyway. | |

I have to agree with you here, there definately seems to be a lack of management. It seems like lazy, teenagers with poor attitudes are running these restaurants with no supervision. I have gotten bad service at KFC, Subway, Sonic, and Baskin RObbins almost every time. | | | |

Alert | LOL! Maybe we should send it to the local KFC, maybe they can change it to where it says "Copa KFC, messing up your orders one person at a time."
We stopped going to KFC also, LOVE Fry's chicken! | |

Ahhh.... If the wife doesn't go with me to order her food, I ALWAYS have issues with Panda Express. It all depends on Timing. Get there just as they cooked up the fresh batch of yum yums.

Alert | I called the 1-800-KFCbitch line, thinking the corporate office might whip them into shape, if they knew there problems.
Nope, nothing changed.
It seems, every time I go there, they are out of WHITE meat. I received a phone from the DISTRICT MANAGER telling me about the problems they have with their chicken supplier.
I asked him why this is my problem. I told him that they should find a secondary supplier so they aren't screwed if the 1st fails them. He was pretty much clueless.
I can see now that the incompetence starts at the top and trickles down to useless.
And they ALWAYS forget my biscuits, but cheerfully say they will replace them if I WOULD LIKE TO DRIVE BACK. | | | |
