Alert | Well, we gave them one more try last week and they lived up to all expectations of providing lousy food and service. Went through the drive-thru and asked for the 19.99 special (extra 4 pieces). Was told okay what kind of chicken and requested a mix. Was asked what sides we wanted and said Mac & Cheese - All out of that. Okay, how about mashed potatoes? Okay, another please. Cole slaw? Thank you, one more please (only supposed to be 2, but I figured what the heck) green beans please? Okay, anything else? Yes, please include butter and honey for the biscuits. Okay, 21.50 at the window.
I pull up and they ask if I'd like to wait 30 minutes for the crispy chicken? WTF...30 minutes. No thank you. I look at my receipt and it lists potatoes and 2 orders of rice??? They give me the bag and I ask about the sides. No, you have cole slaw and potatoes. Beans? No, you only get 2 sides (okay). What about the honey? Oh, we are all out! Darn it.
We get home and the chicken sucks and the biscuits are mashed and undercooked.
The whole time I was ordering the person on the mic was giggling and flirting with somebody inside.
Sorry, but my chicken now comes from Frys. KFC is now officially #2 on the list of Maricopa CRAP dining facilities. (DQ will never get knocked off the pedestal, but Great Wall just got passed).
I didn't edit for spelling, grammar, or sentence structure. But you may if your sensibilities require it.

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.

Alert | | Went in there once about a month ago. The kid at the counter had no idea what was even on the menu. Ended up walking out and going to Fry's for chicken. Much better! No more KFC! | |
