Alert | Hi Chris, we missed you yesterday! I finished the bunny. Ruby fixed it up so that I could stuff up the head....finally. And then my 2 year old appropriated it immediately so I'm going to have to make another one for my sister anyway.
Thank you so much for offering to host on Saturday. I would be happy to go. I'm getting projects done at record rates!
Filly and I were talking about hosting a Project Linus Blanket bee and were wondering if anyone else was interested in participating. If so, I was thinking of posting in the general section once we get together to talk about a date (I'm willing to host at my house) and how it is supposed to be run.

Alert | I, too, am curious about the Project Linus thing. If it involves sewing, then count me out. But if it involves crocheting, I might be interested depending on the time element. Now that I've started working full-time again (for the first time in about 6 years!), free time is at a premium. As soon as I finish my current project (I'm on the second sleeve) I've got several projects that I want to make for myself to wear to work when it gets cooler.
Would any of you prefer to change this Saturday's time to the afternoon, say 1:00 pm, instead of the morning? Either one is fine with me, but I was thinking that maybe more people, like the Sherm., might be able to come if it were in the pm. Let me know what you think. | |
