 Alert | Any scrappers out there? wanna try to start a scrapping group and meeting at each others homes. It would be great to chat, build friendships and share scrapping ideas.
Anyone interested, I live in CF and am sorta new to the area...meaning I don't get out much, so I am having a hard time getting out to meet people.
pm or just respond here, would love to set up something. I will also be at the trade/sell event this Saturday. That is so exciting, I am sure looking forward to it.

Alert | I'm a scrapper, I'm in CF. I'm addicted to Scrapbooks ETC page of the week, 'cause I'm in a rut. I work nights, but I can usually get away for a bit on the weekends (kids need Daddy time too ya know!).
I would love to get together with some new ideas, er, I mean new people!
I have an empty front room and banquet tables! I'm open to opening up my home to my new scrapping friends for a crop, supply swap/sale, etc. You know: bring your supplies, a appetizer to share, and have fun!
What do you think?

Alert | Under normal circumstances, my front room would be enough for at least 10 people to scrap comfortably. But right now, it is being used as a storage unit for a friend (argh!).
Once he gets his crap out of there, I would be more than happy to host!
My sister scraps too, and I'm sure that she would be interested.

I'm thinking that it could be a bring your supplies/projects, anything you'd like to trade or sell, and an appetizer/munchies to share.
I could provide beverages.
Grown ups only, and nursing babies (if necessary). I can banish my hubby and kiddos upstairs.
what kind of time frame works well? 5-9? 7-9? 7-midnight? daytime? friday? saturday?
Lets start putting together a list of who wants to come, best times, etc. and once my room clears out, we can toss out dates! | |
