Alert | | I work from home and I LOVE it! I have my own business and it's so easy. I can work when I want and how much I want. It's residual income too which means I continue to get a check each month even if I take time off. I'm always looking for people to add to my team. If you're interested, PM me and I can send you more details. I'm not sure how PM's work on this new forum, so you can email me also at sjtrim2@msn.com. Did I mention that I LOVE what I do? LOL!

Yes I do! I earn a residual income. My business is NOT an MLM. It's so much different than an MLM. It's not a get rich quick scheme either. It takes time to build, but once you put the time in the payoff is so worth it. Residual income is the best. I continue to get paid each and every month so if I want to take time off, then I still get paid. NYfiggy is my newest business partner. We are all about helping each other so it is part of my business to help her succeed at this as well. PM one of us for more info. I've been doing this for almost 5 years and I LOVE it!

First off, Multi-level Marketing (MLM) is not a bad word! My guess is your business is an MLM, so please don't try to cover up that it is not. Again MLM's are not a bad thing. If you are getting residuals, than you are producing money of those businesses that you have developed, hence MLM.
Many franchises today are really MLM's, but not called that. I personally do not want to get involved right now in an MLM, but am interested in something my wife can do at home also.
And yes I am in Oregon now.

Alert | Nope, my business is NOT an MLM. I'm not trying to cover anything up either. It is just so much different than an MLM. Just cause I'm earning a residual income does not make it an MLM. I have to work at it just like everyone works at their job. The more I work, the better the payoff is. I don't sell, stock or deliver anything, which with most MLM's you have to do just that. I know what I'm involved in and I have differences listed between an MLM and what I do and I've been with this company for 5 years, so trust me when I say that I know what I'm talking about. I didn't want to get involved with an MLM either, that's why I researched the heck out of this company before teaming up with them. What I do is called Consumer Direct Marketing. I consider an MLM a bad thing cause I know how they work and that is not something I wanted to do. If you want more info, then PM me. This is really very simple.

Alert | | There are a tremendous amount of jobs that can be done at home. I think it would benefit companies to utilize this more. Alert | | I work from home with my 2 kids - 34 and 16 months. I'm a Mary Kay Beauty consultant, and it's WAY more than the stereotype I originally had. I love it, the people, and most of all, helping other people feel more beautiful about themselves. It's not for everyone, but if it intrigues you, it's at least worth checking out - even if it turns out not to be for you. | | Are you sure you look your best? Ask me for a complimentary facial!

Alert | Consumer Direct Marketing Consumer Direct Marketing is a deceptive term that labels the distribution chain as consumers rather than distributors. In such businesses the distributor must also buy the product for their personal use.
Nothing wrong with that statement, right? There are a lot of people making money on MLMs but there are a lot more that aren't.
