If you are a lawyer and can help me in my case, please contact me at clarkkent1hero@yahoo.com.

The case is already in process, but I have messed up the paperwork a couple times which has resulted in things not going as well for me as planned. This should be an easy case for you.

The problem is all I have for payment is my car. I will give you my car in fair trade for your services.

LOL.. Evil Dick... nice.

I am just hoping that I never need one.. sorry can help.

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.

Once I had to go to the doctor and I didn't have any money and so I paid him with two chickens.

It might be a good idea to go to www.maricopa.gov, click on the Self Service Center link (on the left side of the page, and download any relevent forms and packages. There are quite a few basic things you can file yourself, thus saving you quite a bit in attorney's fees. Utilize the attorney for the big stuff, not the stuff you can do yourself. It's a lot of paperwork to fill out, and it can seem pretty daunting, but they do include pretty straightforward instructions.

Sorry you're in this position. Good luck to you.

You can PM me your problem if you want. If you are just some d00d looking to get out of child support, though, I'm gonna tell you to F off.

Goodnight, weaklings.

Jodie Cuccurrullo is the best there is! She's very fair so as Mr. Rather (lol) said, if you're just trying to get out of child support, she's not going to help you. BUT she will get it drastically reduced. If we hadn't had her, my husband would have had to pay upwards of $800 a month for one kid, but she got it down to $500 something and we get to claim her for 9 out of 10 years on the tax returns. But, her mom doesn't work and is pretty worthless so your situation may be completely different.

her number is 602-274-9371. I don't know about payments though, we put down a retainer and when that ran out we paid her off $200 a month for what seemed like forever. But she was willing to work out payment arrangements with us.
