 Alert | | I am in a flood zone at Desert Passage... I bought my home paying a ridiculious amount of flood insurance per year, and they said Fema would come out and "re-zone" the land and my home would no longer be in a flood zone, and my pre-payment for flood insurance would be reimbursed. It was a interesting closing my house and I am pretty fed up at this point. But I'm glad that my community isn't the only one with this issue. I'm very interested to see what happens in the future...
