Thank you RJ for your help today. It's always nice to deal with a company with great customer service, and when they are local... double bonus!

I know the new office is opening here in town. If any of you are looking for a landscaper I would definitely check them out. Easy to work with!! (602) 460-0558.

Thanks again
Yvette

I think he will go far if he keeps up the GREAT work.

Nice guys should finish first for a change.

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.

Thanks y'all I have been working hard to make sure everybody is handled. If there are any warranty questions at all that we have missed or neglected i would like you to call 480 539-0761. Call Judy at the office and let her know. She will then pull the file and hand it to AZ Rys yard service. We have now contracted him to do our warranty as we have had major issues with communication in the past. Any other inquiries can go to Judy as well and the forwarded to owners. My number is 602-460-0882

Thanks RJ Smith

Do you have flyers with the package prices at the new office?
Not on the web site yet.

My new trashcan pad, sidewalk to the street, patio and fire pit look wonderful!!! Now all I need is for it to cool off so I can use the fire pit!

What do they charge for a small amount of work? Small front yard, weeds, tree trimming when necessary?

It’s not a glass half full (optimism) or a glass half empty (pessimism)—it’s half of a glass of water (reality). Expend your energy and mental capacity on something worthwhile!

AUL does not do any maintenance, but you can contact Ryan with AZ-Ry's Yard Maintenance at 602-359-6203 and he will be more than happy to work with you on your maintenance.

Just the good ol' boys,
Never meanin' no harm,
Beats all you've ever saw, been in trouble with the law since the day they was born.

Straight'nin' the curve,
Flat'nin' the hills.
Someday the moutain might get 'em, but the law never will.

Makin' their way,
The only way they know how,
That's just a little bit more than the law will allow.

Just good ol' boys,
Wouldn't change if they could,
Fightin' the system like a true modern day Robin Hood.

TEMPTING...did you have to get approval from our HOA in Tortosa to put in your sidewalk to the street?

Most of the HOA's allow up to 3 feet of sidewalk on the driveway side to mirror the house side without approval.
