I did my own. It's a lot easier then it looks. So any handyman should have no problem. I did about 150 ft for less than $300.

Still looking for a good finish carpenter to install crown molding. I 've tried to contact the person referred to me on this forum, but have not heard back from that person. I prefer to hire someone local to keep the money in Maricopa. Thank you.
