I think The Nag does that sort of thing-not sure about ceilings. I know there is someone else also. hmmm someone will have the information!

There is a guy here in town, ummm Tony(?) RubyRed had him paint 2 murals, I'll nudge her. His name is Troy, not Tony and he advertises in the throw away paper, on the page with the business card adds.

The red head is BACK!! (and still mouthy)

There is also a tagger in town who, according to a couple of specific posters needs an outlet for his/her artistic desires. Maybe you could track he/she down and give him/her a wall to express themselves on.

OOO maybe I can get him to paint the happy little trees and happy little clouds that I want, and then he can paint a little miniature fry's building, and tag the fry's building that he just painted! that would be swell!
