Alert | | hi stinkerbell! Not sure if it will work the same as candle wax, but you can try the iron trick. Heat your iron really hot and then put a paper bag over the crayone spot and iron it up. The paper bag should soak up the wax. Works on spilled candle wax anyway. Good luck! | | Senior Member Posts: 204 Joined: Apr 2007

Alert | I agree with Mi_Mickey, use spot shot to get any stain out.
I would also suggest watching channel three for the Queen of Clean and calliing her for a tip on getting this out

Alert | I thought w/ candle wax & crayons you're supposed to put ice on it, pick it off then use the iron trick? I'm SO glad I haven't had this issue.....yet. With a 3 year old, I'm sure it's coming soon!
If all else fails, call The Burns Clean Team Carpet Cleaners 568-9509 - I'm sure they'll give you tips.

Alert | | PSW - I've never done the ice part, but I've always waited until the wax got hard. Depending on how much wax (this was a 3-wick!) you'll have to use a few bags as they soak up the wax. | | Senior Member Posts: 204 Joined: Apr 2007
