Alert | | OK guys - If you want to make a quick $100, then I need you to put in some tile. I have the tile and the grout, but no tools. It is probably a total of 6-7 tiles. There are going to be about 3-5 cuts you will have to make. There is one tile that is under the toilet by about 2 inches. Our contractor said it is a quick/simple move of the toilet to place this. I am not using my contractor, because he is charging me $200 for the job and I want to save a little cash, so if you think you can handle the job, come get your $100.

Alert | 2.50 to 3.50 sq foot? Ok, then it should be about $15! No only kidding!! But really the space that needs to be repaired is only 20 inches x 30 inches. I have the tile and grout, I just need someone to do the work and the flooring company wants to charge $200+ for that small area!
Thanks for the referrral I will try Beto.
