They said the city has been fogged for mosquitoes but we are getting attacked everytime we go outside still. Is anyone else having this problem? Who can we call to get our area fogged?

They are who we thought they were!

If they fog today and wait till the place dries out.. then it rains again..

You will have the same problem until they fog again!

Just doing it one day at a time. Change is good and it should be looked upon as an improvment! not a problem.

I think it has a lot to do with your blood type too. I never get bit and my husband and boys do. They are all the same blood type. There was someone on here last year with a blood type similar to mine and she doesn't get eaten by them either.

It would be interesting to post your blood type and then post if you are or are not a target. However, most people do not know their blood type.

DH swears by Vitamin B supplements. He thinks it turns off bugs and rarely gets bitten. He has a common blood type.

I keep telling you all, they are spraying with sugar water! At least that is what I ask the county every time they spray. It seems like it only gets worse instead of better.

Same here in AC. I take my dogs out very early in the morning and the areas that are most infested with mosquitos are the green belt areas. That's because of the rain and all the standing water......since those low areas are by design, run off collectors. Something I noticed too is the large, gated drains where the road water runs into the low lying grass areas........those are pretty much clogged up with debris so I would imagine that they are another perfect breeding ground for mosquitos.

Is it a city responsibility or an HOA responsibility for continued spraying??

I'm O+ and have never been attacked like this before.

It's the County's responsibility and they always tell me to use bug spray and wear more clothing.

Everyone in my house is O+ but me. They like eating them as well. I am usually not a victim of mosquito bites.
