06/14/2008 8:30 PM Alert

If I shut the a/c off when we leave in the morning and then turn it back on when we come home am I using more energy $'s to cool the house down or would I be better off leaving it on?

The highest temp inside with it off has reached 88...but because we work outside all day...we put in on 76 when we get home..

Thanks for any advice...

We have always done and HEARD to keep it constant. We keep it at 75 degrees and do not have any sky high bills. I would think common sense if you have it so hot and then try to crank it down when you come home would cost way more!! Mine never has to work that hard. Just my opinion. lol

You better make it count, cause you can't get it back!
