 Alert | | As a runner, I was concerned tonight while driving home for the young woman's safety who was running in the wrong direction on RED Parkway, in the dark, without a single piece of reflective gear on. I didn't see her until I was almost on top of her. Please - if you want to run at night, obey the rules of the road and also wear proper gear! | |
