Anyone have any favorite healthy recipies to swap? I'll trade you for Black Forest Ice Cream, pumpkin soup, homemade bread...?

I have tons! I'm REALLY into healthy cooking - not just tofu and veggies, either - some really good stuff that anyone could eat (and find the ingredients for in your everyday supermarket). I have a bunch, but I have them all saved on my work laptop; I will PM you with some later.

That's really great! We are all organic here, and in the summer heat lean toward some vegetarian meals. In fact, Vegetarian Times Magazine has great recipies that we just add meat to. But although I like a tofu dish when I get it from Whole Foods or Wild Oats, cooking it is an aquired skill I have never attained. It never looks or tastes quite right when I cook it. I gave up years ago....Will look forward to your recipies and sharing!
