Anyone know a natural way to clear your sinus? I just called a pharmacists and I can not take anything over the counter : (

There is a sinus rinse or saline that may help. You can get those at CVS or Wlagreen's.

Oil of Oregano. Google it and see all the uses!

Humidify your home - cold mist machine
bathe your nostrils - this one is icky - need warm water, salt, baking soda
drink extra liquids
Blow one nostril at a time - don't blow out your eardrum
Eat spicy food - garlic, horseradish, cajun spice work the best
Walk
Rub your sinuses
Press thumbs firmly on both sides of nose and hold for 15-20 seconds. Repeat
Apply warm washcloth over eyes and cheekbones

That's all I got.

Try adding 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to eight ounces of water. It clears mine, before I'm done with the drink.
