Alert | | I would like a group class that doesn't cost $15-$20! Does anyone know if there are any that are in the evenings here. I don't wanna go to "town" and the only ones I know of are on weekday mornings...I work! | |

Alert | An idea for all of you who aren't able to:
1) Make it to a class on a regular basis
2) Spend a lot of money on classes

They have mp3's that you can download (about $2.00 each) and play on your computer, ipod, mp3 player, burn to CD, etc. AT YOUR CONVENIENCE.
They have a FREE trial class (upper left hand of the webpage) that's 20 minutes long.
ALSO - search "yoga download" on itunes and you can access FREE classes there, as well.
