Alert | | Dr. Copus had been having a lot of problems with the owners of the practice. They weren't ordering the necessary supplies that she needed, for one thing. In fact, I had a slight problem with my heart one morning, and went to her. She wanted to give me an EKG right away, but they didn't have all the pads that were needed. She finally borrowed some from Renaissance to give me the EKG. I understand that she had a big argument last week, and the owners kicked her out. She told me once that she had signed a clause that wouldn't let her open a practice within 3 (or 5 miles) of this practice. So, we won't see her for a while. What a shame; she was good. | | | |

Alert | | I loved Dr. Copus too and was bummed to hear that she is no longer in town. My son had a really bad earache today so I took him to that same office that she was out of. They do have a new Dr. there and they got me in right away. I don't know how to spell his name, but he is the only one in the office. He is very good. My son likes him. I have to say that my son wasn't too thrilled with going to a female Dr, so that could be the reason he likes the new one so much. Appointment time was super easy to get and he is really good with kids. Dr. Copus is a good doctor, but this new guy is too. He gets my vote. | |

I personally was ok with the change since I wasn't all that fond of Dr. Copus. | |
